The Union Divine Theater is nearly repaired after Kyurem's attack - it took a while because the building counts as a historic monument and required specialty woodwork, period architecture, etc. Now there's just one last push, and they're hoping to fundraise...

...which is where the rest of the city comes in, because when your head of fundraising is a Nidoking who believes in the plays his Trainer stars in, you end up holding a date auction.

Participating Theater employees/DDF members will be auctioned off to the highest bidder at the end of the event. Any character over 18 is eligible to also have a raffle jar with their name on it at the event. (They can either have signed themselves up or a friend can have signed them up in secret. Please check with the player OOCly before signing their character up.) The winners of these auctions, and these raffles, get to go on a PG-rated "date" with their prize. Please arrange the dates amongst yourselves.

In addition to the actual bidding/raffling threads, there will be places to mingle with the "prizes" to get to know them before your prospective date. There will also be a section for Pokémon to put on impromptu performances in the shiny (nearly fully) restored Theater using the Mini Scenario Generator for performance prompts.

The mingle for this player plot event will go up on Saturday, September 3 and run for about a week, at which point winners will be RNGd for the raffles and the highest-bidding character in each auction wins the date with their prize. Please sign up in the appropriate section below on or by Friday, September 2 if you would like your character to be offered as a prize OR if your character is nominating someone else to be raffled off (with permission from that character's player). I will be setting up threads for each of these characters when I post the mingle.
