Meet the Kirijos.

Okay, so, for plotting purposes, I'm going to give the condensed version of Mitsuru's AU. This'll be easy for everyone, even those that don't know what canon she's from.

The current Kirijo family consists of her grandfather Koetsu Kirijo, who is an elder on the council; her father, Takeharu Kirijo, who is the head of the Kirijo Group; her mother, Hanae Kirijo, who is in charge of charitable functions for the family; and Mitsuru herself.

Her mother's efforts for charity/donations include some funds to the Habitat, museums, theaters, talented artists and actors.

Nobles - If you want your character to have met Mitsuru at a formal function, this is okay, but please try to know what it was for and how they were introduced. (Hanae is really the most likely way, to be honest.)

Aritsts/Actors - If you want your efforts to have been supported by the Kirijo Group, either currently or previously, please let me know. They have lots of money to throw around.

Normal people - Mitsuru attends school since she's 17, but she also heads a few committees and is very busy. She likes to me people from different backgrounds, despite her intimidating appearance and will try to help as much as she can. She also fences, so there's that too.

The only person she knows for sure is Yukiko Amagi, who she is family friends with, due to business. So, I"m open to everything else.

Hello, hello! I understand that some plotting has happened with Rei so I will slide in my own Hino!

Eiji's of the same powerful Hino family as Rei and likely went to many of the same parties and functions Mitsuru might have as a child. He IS a little older than her, though. He just turned 21 this November, but he would have been wandering around the noble scene up until he graduated.

Something that her family would likely be aware of is what happened AFTER he graduated.

Eiji took up volunteer work at an orphanage that tragically caught fire and burned out the whole floor of the tower it was in. Eiji was one of the few people that survived. Afterwards his family went on to talk up how much of a hero Eiji was (which could have been construed as making themselves look good at the expense of their son, depending on how well you know the Hinos.) Eiji ran away into the wilderness after that and was gone for about a year. He lives at the shrine with Rei and doesn't have any contact with any of his family.

Most of this is public knowledge.

Eiji was also present at the Soulfasting Ball, though he was not representing the Hino family, but rather the Hikawa Shrine.

That's perfectly okay with me!
