Given the nature of AU, below is a form that can be used for planning purposes when plotting out your character. While it is not required to fill out the form, we encourage you take a look at the listings in this post and use them as a guide when setting up plots or planning character backgrounds.

Character Name: Raes Zhlorenfel
Canon Name: Original Character
Brief History: In "canon," Raes is one of three powerful archmages that shaped the course of the world after others were haphazardly using magic that slowly destroyed it. He created modern dragons to be elemental creatures to stabilize the world and some other stuff to prevent things from getting that bad again. The three had also made themselves ageless through magic before this, so he was pretty old and wise, though kinda a jerk. I don't want to go into further details because I aim to have the story he is part of to eventually be published, and I wouldn't want to spoil anything else major!~

AU Ideas: I don't have much yet, but I am working on it. So far I've decided that he seems around 28ish at the time of him entering the game. He is also a minor noble who is in or was in the Swords. I say was because I'm undecided whether he is still there or if he left/was kicked out because while Raes is awesome at getting the job done, he will get it done for certain, no risks taken. This means that if that means others will get hurt, then too bad. They're getting hurt and he's getting his job done.

He also suffered some betrayal or other in the past from a close friend who also killed his other close friend and now he has now friends because he's kinda a jerk. He also got severely wounded in that betrayal, but he's since recovered. He also doesn't have any family for w/e reason. They just died or something some point, I guess. He also was never married or anything, so there's that. Feel free for him to have some relation to a character of yours, though! Heck, even if you want him directly related in a sibling way or such, go for it.

Raes is a powerful God of War Enlightened. He may be known a little for that, but probably isn't the sort to be known by everyone. His types are Fire/Dragon/Electric. He doesn't particularly care about pokemon either way, though he has recently acquired a Fletchling whom he named Zekh after his friend that had died. He actually treats said pokemon well, though he mostly ignores other pokemon's existence.

Looking For: Maybe some relatives? While Raes is a jerk, he is very protective and actually rather loving and fatherly toward people he cares about. Thus, relatives might be fun to show that side of him off. Maybe some Swords pre-CR stuff that got him kicked out or at least gave him a bad rep. I don't know what sort of rank he'd have (depends on what there needs more of, really!), but really any Swords stuff would probably be cool. He also will need some people to piss off and others to maybe try to warm his heart a little so he's a bit less of a jerk.
I'm up for any ideas for anything else you all might have, however!

Duke here is a noble of some sort, who just spends most of his time as a researcher than anything noble-y and fancy.

Going by the age you gave, Duke would be older (than the "seems" age, at least)
