I need to touch base really hard with Sheepy and Shini as the Kiskes and Crownguards are related here, also need to pick a reason for why he's not been around as he's notorious(at least in fandom) as the OVER PROTECTIVE BIG BROTHER. Maybe some mission given by Union's Council(will need mod permission for this) or at least some intensive training. Thinking of Axew or Honedge as a Starter. 99% sure he'll be a Swords of the Savior. Need to pin down how the fact that Union isn't at "war" with another Country will affect him.
