Potential Apper Plotting?

Okay so, my name is Fae and I'm really kind of interested in apping this guy to BNW and while I have an idea of stuff to do with him, I'd like to get some potential previous CR.

If the username wasn't a giveaway, I'm interested in apping Martin the Warrior. As in the Redwall character. Yeah, I may be a little crazy. (It was either him or a Dwarf right now and I'm not sure how well Kíli would work just yet.)

Anyway. So what I do know is I want him to have a Honedge starter (still not sure about his typing, maybe Ghost maybe Steel maybe Fairy idek) and I want him to be a former member of the Swords of the Savior that has retired due to an accident that left him bedridden for a while and really in no condition to do a whole lot of fighting right now, never mind he's like early twenties. He'd've been around Union for most of his life, very devout and really big on kindness and helping others and charity, that sort of thing. He also was a pretty damn good fighter before his accident and might have gotten some renown that way.
